Police officer attempts to intimidate pastor

February 13, 2019

At approximately 03:45 p.m., 02 policemen in civilian clothing arrived at the pastor’s premises and told him to attend an inquiry in 15 minutes, saying the Buddhist monks had already arrived. The pastor refused to attend saying he wasn’t given adequate notice and needed to contact his lawyer. The police then began scolding the pastor and demanded he retract the complaint if he was unwilling to attend the inquiry. The pastor, however, repeated that he would not be attending and requested that the matter be referred to the courts.
